RIVP는 진공 로봇과 함께 사용되도록 설계 되었으며, 진공 상태에서 substrate 배치의 편심률과 방향을 정확하게 비접촉 상태로 측정합니다.
본 장비는 로봇의 작업 범의 내에 임의로 설치할 수 있습니다. 프리얼라이너의 작업에는 웨이퍼 이동 측정, 필요 보정의 계산 Notch(혹은 Flat)의 원하는 각도로의 방향지정이 포함됩니다.
RIVP는 align 되어야 하는 substrate의 크기, 모양, 투명성, 두께에 관계없이 광범위한 분야에 사용될 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 프리얼라이너는 100에서 300mm 범위의 웨이퍼와 100에서 200mm의 직각 substrate를 측정할 수 있습니다.
