US Based



  • Serves as customer contact on technical, operation support and field service related issues
  • Provides on-site installation, system setup, calibration, testing, onsite repairs and preventive maintenance of company’s products and equipments at the customer site and in the regional office
  • Provides work summaries in a form of Service Report of activities and issues noted during a service call. Creates and maintains ticket case for every technical support and service issue
  • Provides daily activities report to manager on weekly basis
  • Assists sales department in communicating features, benefits, mechanics and operation of new products
  • Performs training for customers to maintain, operate and adjust company products
  • Promotes service contracts and organizes specific parts to fulfill arranged service contracts


  • Required travel up to 80%, domestic and international, may travel on short notice and trip duration may be up to four weeks, travels overnights and weekends
  • Experience in industrial automation , servo control, mechanical and electrical experience and excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in Field Service Engineering
  • B.Sc. Degree or equivalent
