Rules of the training

In order to maintain personalized attention and adequate hands-on time, classes are limited up to 6 people.

The training courses may be booked directly over the web or by phone.

Our Customers may choose to have training performed at the following locations:

• one of our three USA based offices
• our world wide service offices
• At their facilities, providing classes space and travel accommodations to Genmark trainer. (Special arrangements will need to be made through the Training Department)

The schedule for USA facilities is published on the web. Any training outside of the USA or any special arrangements mentioned above will need to be handled by the Training Department

Booking and Cancellation

Courses should be booked at least one (1) month prior to the scheduled start date.

Trainee names will need to be secured at least two weeks prior to start date with Purchase Order.

Any cancellation should be done at least 14 days prior to scheduled training dates. Credit for cancelled classes may be used towards any future training within one (1) year.

If training is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the start date, a 25% fee will be charged. If training is cancelled less than 4 days before start date, or if there are any “no shows”, a 100% fee for the course will be charged.

Genmark Automation reserves the right to change information posted on Training Department WEB pages including, but not limiting to:

• Contest of the training outlines
• Time and dates of the scheduled courses
• Prices
