Training Course for "MiniMax" Mini-environment system

This course introduces the MiniMax – an integrated front-end system. During classes, students learn about:

• Components of a mini-environment and their compatibility
• Design and performance of the single modules like the robot, pre-aligner and PORTA300 load port
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Application of the system

There are a variety of MiniMax systems that are designed to specific customer applications. With regard to these applications, courses are adjusted to meet customer needs and compatibility of the system.

The MiniMax seminar may be scheduled directly with Genmark’s Training Department.
