In case of returning Genmark product for repair, refurbishment, or upgrades please follow these few simple steps:

Download the following RMA Checklist and Decontamination forms:

RMA Checklist Form

Please fill out the RMA Checklist Form and attach it to an email to RMA_Request_US@GenmarkAutomation.com and send with the returned product.

The RMA Decontamination Certification Form has to be filled out, signed, and attached to the returned product.  Once that is complete, shipping instruction will be provided within 48 hrs after receiving the completed RMA Checklist form.
