Genmark introduces the latest addition to its fab automation integration structure with the implementation of Interface A.  Interface A is a high-throughput protocol that is used for sending data from the tool to the factory systems.  Genmark’s own innovative GIFT Server product family has full Interface A implementation and takes full advantage of it’s high-speed information transfer capabilities.

• Interface A refers to a new port on manufacturing equipment, used for sending data from the tool to the factory systems.
