The latest wafer-sorter product model, the SortMax300ht, now offers highly improved functionality, reliability and throughput. Its expanded features include faster dual end-effector wafer transfer mechanisms to help achieve the highest throughput in modular equipment configurations supporting up to 8 FOUP /FOSB devices. 

The highly sophisticated software suite has been expanded to include built-in support for the latest fab requirements, and also includes “auto-teach” scripts, further simplifying the wafer-handler teaching process, optimizing operator interface and reducing downtime during maintenance periods.
