특수하게 설계된 동작 순서를 통해 전체 얼라이먼트 과정 동안 진동이 전달되며 압력 없이 작동할 수 있습니다. 선택 웨이퍼 버퍼를 통해 싱글 및 배치 웨이퍼 수송 모드에서 처리량이 증가합니다.
