We are currently hiring for the following positions:

 

- Electrical Engineer/Product Development Department:

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Design Electro-mechanical subsystems and systems for instrumentation, power and motion control system applications. Ability to design analog/digital circuits, control circuits, power supplies, motion control data acquisition, and designing for EMC considerations.
  • Execute conceptual designs, detailed design, and release of products to manufacturing
  • Evaluate system designs for cost and manufacturability performance targets
  • Creation of engineering/production schematics - power control and pneumatics for sub-assembly and system level diagrams
  • Write test procedures
  • Implement design ideas into actual products. Researches, designs and tests electronic circuits, products and systems by applying the principals and techniques of electronic engineering
  • Supervises launch and pilot runs of new products, working closely with Production, ensuring quality specifications are being met; works as a liaison between Production and Engineering for resolving electronic-related problems
  • Work with Auto CAD to design harnesses, draw interconnect diagrams and system schematics
  • Use ORCAD to draw schematics and layout Printed circuit boards

Skills and Experience:

 

  • BS EE degree or equivelent
  • Five to seven years related experience
  • Knowledge of discrete and integrated analog circuit components and design, including control loop design, servo systems and stepper motor control
  • Knowledge of grounding and shielding techniques

 

- Field Service Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Serves as customer contact on technical and field service related issues. Performs on-site installation, system setup, calibration, testing, limited repair and preventive maintenance of company's products and equipments at the customer site and in the office. May perform application programming on specialized high - level robot-oriented languages (MCL)
  • Participates in customer support and field service activities in the respective service area. Provides on-side (domestic, international) and remote (phone, email) support for new and existing applications. Provides documented summaries in a form of FSR of activities and issues noted during a service call. Document all service related customer calls into the specialized support desk database. Communicate issues that are associated with product quality concerns to company's QA and management. Participates in the development of FMEA for new products. Submits progress reports to management and project teams.
  • Participates in developing product technical specifications for customer implementations. Develops documentation related to the functionality, usage, calibration, maintenance, user - programming, troubleshooting of the company product. Generates, reviews and makes change recommendations to technical manuals, procedures and policies
  • Provides on-site and in-office customer training. Trains and directs company's service staff.
  • May travel up to 50% of time.

Skills and Experience:

 

  • BS degree or equivelent
  • Five years related experience

 

- Software Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and develop process control software that integrates robotics equipment with cluster tools and other process modules.
  • Implement communication protocols that comply with the SECS/GEM and Interface A SEMI standards.
  • Gather customer requirements, develop test plans and create user documentation

Skills and Experience:

 

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years experience in the Semiconductor industry
  • 5+ years experience with C++, C# or Delphi and Object Oriented design
  • Familiarity with SECS/GEM and the 300mm SEMI standards
  • Ability to apply UML, Design Patterns and Use Cases
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with XML and SOAP is a plus

 

- Manufacturing Engineer:  

The individual will be responsible for developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing software methods. Must be able to determine, specify, revise and review the most economic methods, software, operation sequences, algorithms, planning, analysis and tooling for the fabrication of parts, finishing assembly and subassembly of components and final products.  This includes conferring with other manufacturing and production engineers regarding manufacturing capabilities and new manufacturing techniques. 

 

- Manufacturing Electrical Engineer:  

The individual will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes in industrial plant: develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide immediate engineering support to Manufacturing, developing and maintaining consistent product documentation (work instructions, assembly instructions, test procedures, quality check procedures, etc.).
  • Design fixtures and instrumentation to facilitate the manufacturing process and develop pertaining documentation to assure the desired performance, quality and reliability of the product.
  • Communicates with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
  • Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
  • Bring the product from design stage to production. This includes active participation of the manufacturing engineers in documenting and building alpha-prototypes of newly designed products. Their participation will be in concurrent fashion with R&D Engineering.
  • Responsible for the release to production and built of beta and gamma (pilot) series of newly designed products.
  • Manage and execute the ECR/ECO process in collaboration with the Document Control Group.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level all products (EFEM, Robots, Controllers, Prealigners, Load Ports, computer, etc.)
  • Ability to write detail assembly and test procedures.
  • Ability to configure, setup, test and build computer configuration, also create necessary configuration and test procedure.
  • Ability to configure, setup and test Digital I/Os , Serial Servers and ION (Moxa, Adam, ION)

Skills and Experience:

 

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering a must (BSEE or MSEE)
  • Minimum of five (5) years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Language Skills - (written and spoken)
  • Analytical problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in computer software application such as MS Office, MS Project, SolidWorks Electrical, or CAD 10
